The site header, as a micro-service
Migrated the site header out of a centralised monolith into a micro-service that supports server-side rendering and client hydration for any Next.js app that calls it.
A next-generation design system
Oversaw the design system and component library, and got it to WCAG 2.0 AA in three months.
React Express to Next.js
Led the migration from a homegrown React Express server onto the latest Next.js.
Product analytics taxonomy
Stood up a new product analytics taxonomy and the pipeline underneath it.
Front-end standards for a new B2B product
Established the technical standards from scratch, and ran a TypeScript pilot for the wider engineering organisation.
Survey response, through Slack
Increased survey response rates by 234% with a Slack integration.

A browser extension for threat analysts. It scans the page in a sandbox, sends what it finds to a cloud threat-intelligence service, and marks the indicators of compromise in place — then lets the analyst run a response against them without leaving the tab. The two grants divide that loop between them: one covers the scanning and detection, the other the orchestrated response.
